Manhattan residents can now have Ricky's beauty products delivered door to door in one hour for a flat fee of $20! Simply call our Beauty Emergency Hotline at 877 44 RICKYS with your wishlist. Ricky's Personal Shoppers will track down your products, pack it all up nice and neat in our famous blue Ricky's shopping bag and have it to your door within the hour. Who loves ya baby?
Terms and Conditions
Ricky's Beauty Emergency service is available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Delivery service is available for Manhattan residents only. Delivery zones are from Battery Park to 125th Street. A delivery charge of $20 dollars will be charged for each unique delivery destination. A one hour processing time may be required in addition to one hour delivery time. Ricky's will not be held responsible for any deliveries left with any persons (ie. Concierge, Doormen, etc.) other than the recipient name specified when order is placed. All Beauty Emergency deliveries require a signature. All deliveries are subject to product availability. Ricky's will make every effort to track down products specified and deliver orders in it's entirety however we cannot be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to 'Out of Stock' status. Customers will be notified of any undeliverable item prior to delivery. Delivery personnel cannot accept merchandise returns. All exchanges and/or returns must be made in person at a Ricky's retail location and are subject to Ricky's retail location Return and Exchange policies.
Disclaimer.
1. One hour delivery is not guaranteed. However we will do our best to deliver each package in a timely matter. Ricky’s does not assume responsibility for any additional delays caused by public transportation or any other external reasons.
2. If products cannot be delivered on time a Ricky’s customer care representative will inform customer at the moment of placing the order and offer alternate date and/or time.
3. Ricky’s does not accept payment at time of delivery. All orders must be paid in full via Beauty Emergency phone number listed.
4. Messengers may not add any additional fees for any delivery.
5. If for any reason a delivery cannot be completed Ricky’s customer care representative will make an attempt to contact customer immediately. After three attempts to reach customer if contact cannot be made Ricky’s will hold the delivery at Ricky’s fulfillment center located at 375 Broadway for customer pickup for 7days. If customer wishes to have a second delivery attempt made a redelivery charge of $10 will apply. If there is no customer pickup or redelivery request made within a 7 day period customer assumes the responsibility of all product and delivery charges.
